Guests who opt for the one-on-one dining experience will be introduced to our talented Executive Chef, Leopoldo Elefante, who will curate an exclusive special three-course live show cooking meal on the rooftop terrace.
Upon arrival, diners will be asked about their dietary preferences and expectations; then, the chef will showcase his gourmet touch via an elegantly tailored menu.
Although dishes vary depending on the available produce and diner’s taste, Chef Elefante’s cuisine always reflects the culinary traditions and customs of the Amalfi Coast, resulting in a truly authentic and memorable Italian dinner. Upon their arrival at the Rooftop Terrace, guests will be able to meet with our restaurant manager and chef who will discuss and provide an overview of the night’s artful creations, including the origins, various preparation, and cooking methods involved. Our sommelier helps guests pair their dishes with the most appropriate wine from our diverse collection of Italian and International labels.

Taking romance and intimacy one step further, the rooftop terrace underwent a recent redesign that saw its transformation into a more elegant, yet cozy space.
With the chicer lounge-style setting coupled with quintessential Italian cocktails and cuisine, guests can relax on the rooftop terrace while admiring the iconic Amalfi Coast sunset.
Our talented head chef Leopoldo Elefante will prepare a specially composed menu of ultra-regional dishes that not only make use of the freshest local produce but also embody the cooking traditions and customs of the region.
